At Jockey, we are committed to your comfort and satisfaction, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, certain products like underwear must remain in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
